SAN ANGELO, Texas (March 15, 2025) – Lubbock Christian sophomore guard
Ethan Duncan was named to the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association All-Region First Team, the association announced on Friday.

Sports information directors from NCAA Division II South Central Region schools and conferences selected the all-region teams. The process concludes with All-American selections announced later in the month.

Duncan is averaging 16.3 points per game this season on 47 percent shooting, including 41.9 percent from behind the arc. His 90 made three-pointers are the 19
th most in Division II and lead the LSC. The Lubbock native surpassed the 1000-point mark for his collegiate career earlier this season, doing so in the same game where he scored a career-high 37. He scored in double-figures 25 times this season, including 10 games with at least 20 points. Duncan also chipped in 2.6 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

Duncan was already named to the All-Lone Star Conference First Team this season, along with earning the league's Player of the Year award.

Two other LSC players were named to the All-Region First Team – Ricky Lujan of DBU and Ahamed Mohammed of West Texas A&M. William Becker of UC Colorado Springs and Majok Deng of Colorado School of Mines were also honored out of the RMAC, with Deng earning the region's Player of the Year honor.

The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
