The Lubbock Christian University Chaparrals open a three-game series Friday night at Security Bank Ballpark facing Eastern New Mexico University for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
The Chaparrals are 5-5 and seeking to snap a five-game losing streak, which is their longest winless streak since the start of the 2012 season. LCU is batting .324 as a team, with 11 home runs produced in 10 games.
