LADY CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
•  The Lubbock Christian University Lady Chaparrals close a four-game home stand hosting Rogers State University. RSU is the only conference team LCU has yet to face this season.
•  LCU enters the game 5-2-1 overall and 3-2-1 in conference following a 1-0 win at home over Newman. LCU sits in fourth place of the conference standings with 10 standing points.
•  LCU, who went 7-0-2 at home last season, is 4-0-1 at home this season and are unbeaten in their last 14 home games. LCU is 27-6-5 all-time at home under Alex Denning (14-3-4 all-time under Denning in conference home games) and 31-14-7 all-time overall at home.
 
STORY LINES
•   The Lady Chaps are 20-8-1 all-time in Heartland Conference games, 13-2-1 all-time in Heartland Conference home games.
•   The Lady Chaps have combined for 129 shots and 41 shots on goal in their last three games. Prior to the mark, LCU had a total of 67 shots and 31 shots on goal in their combined first five games.
•   Haley Knesek leads LCU's offense with 11 points off four goals and three assists. Her 11 points ranks third in the conference.
•   The Lady Chaps have 19 assists as a team this season, which ranks 17th in the nation in total assists. They average 2.4 per game, which ranks 14th nationally.  
•   Knesek co-leads the conference with two game winning goals. Two goals off the national mark.
•   Erika Aviles, Knesek, Ashley Ledford and Kate O'Gara each have three assists and rank tied for third in the conference. Tori Andrade of St. Mary's and Jenna Lipscomb of St. Edward's co-lead the conference with four.
 
SCOUTING RSU
•   The Hillcats are coming off a 1-16-0 season in 2015, going 1-7-0 in conference play and 0-7-0 on the road. RSU is coming off a 3-0 road loss at Oklahoma Christian, which places them 4-4-1 on the season and 1-4-1 in conference. They are 1-3-0 on the road this season. Overall, they are unbeaten in their last three games (0-2-1).
•   The Heartland Conference preseason poll has RSU picked to finish eighth in the conference.
•   RSU ranks 38th nationally and second in the conference in saves per game (6.7).
•   Goalkeeper Taylor Stover ranks 25th nationally in saves (54) and 27th in saves per game (6.75, which is second in the conference).
•   RSU is coming off consecutive shutout losses and bring in a scoreless sequence of 237:20..
 
SERIES HISTORY WITH RSU
•   LCU leads the all-time series at 3-2-1, with LCU unbeaten in the prior four meetings (3-0-1).
•   Four of the last five prior meetings have been decided by a goal or less.
•   LCU won last season's meeting 6-2 (Oct. 8, 2015), with a pair of goals from Brooke Wendl (five-point performance).
