LADY CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
• The Lubbock Christian University Lady Chaparrals, who opened conference play last Thursday, remain in conference action and play their first Heartland Conference road contest of the season at St. Edward's.
• LCU enters the game 3-0-0 overall and 1-0-0 in conference following a 4-0 victory Thursday over Oklahoma Christian. The game was LCU's conference opener.
• LCU, who went 1-6-1 on the road last season (four road goals), is 1-0 on the road this season. LCU is 17-19-1 all-time on the road under head coach
Alex Denning. Overall all-time, LCU is 27-29-3 on the road.
STORY LINES
• The Lady Chaps improved to 7-0-0 all-time in conference openers and 4-0-0 all-time in Heartland Conference openers with their win last Thursday. They also improved to 19-7-0 all-time in Heartland Conference games and 11-2 all-time in Heartland Conference home games.
• The Lady Chaps are 18-7-0 all-time in Heartland Conference games, 8-5 all-time in Heartland Conference road games.
• Five different Lady Chaps have at least a goal on the season. Last Thursday, a trio of Lady Chaps notched their first goals of the 2016 campaign.

Haley Knesek each contributed their first goals Thursday. Knesek, a freshman, added an assist for her first three-point game of her LCU career.

Jamie Boone, LCU's second all-time leader in career goals (17), leads LCU in points this season with five. Freshman
Hollie Windham has a two-game goal scoring streak and has a goal in each home game this season.
• This season marks the first time LCU has opened the season with a 3-0 record since opening up 3-0 is 2014.
• LCU is coming into the game following back-to-back-to-back shutouts. Last Thursday's shutout marked LCU's 33
rd shutout in program history. LCU enters their game against SEU with a shutout sequence of 313:41 and Palmer has a sequence of 270:00 in the mix. The streak of three straight clean sheets has not been done by the Lady Chaps since 2012 and it marks the fourth time it has been done in program history. The LCU program record for defensive shutout sequence is 378:56 from the 2010 season. LCU is one of seven teams in NCAA Div. II that has not allowed a goal this season.
SCOUTING SEU
• The Hilltoppers are coming off a 14-6-1 season, going 6-2-0 in conference play and 7-3-0 at home. SEU is coming off a 2-1 overtime loss at Texas A&M Commerce Sunday.
• SEU had a shutout sequence of 202:52 to open the season before the sequence came to an end Sunday in Commerce, Texas.
• The Heartland Conference preseason poll has SEU picked to finish second in the conference.
• Jennifer Boudreau and Toni Tewes co-lead the team in scoring with five points, with each tallying two goals and one assist.
• The Hilltoppers have scored seven goals this season, with six tallied in the second half of contests.
SERIES HISTORY WITH SEU
• SEU leads the all-time series 4-0-0.
• The two squads met twice last season, meeting in Buda, Texas on Oct. 25, 2015 in a regular season home game for SEU (2-0 SEU win in a game moved to Buda due to weather) and on Nov. 6, 2015 in a Heartland Conference Tournament contest (in Dallas, Texas) SEU won 1-0.
• LCU has only one goal all-time against SEU and has never scored against SEU away from home. SEU has a series shutout sequence of 206:56 against LCU overall and a shutout sequence of 270:00 against LCU away from Lubbock.
