Lady Chaps Finally Back Home After Playing Last Nine Games on Road

LCU Hosting St. Edward's To Open Three-Game Series

LUBBOCK, Texas (March 29, 2019) – After playing their last nine games away from PlainsCapital Park, Lubbock Christian University is ready to return home to host St. Edward's for a three-game Heartland Conference series, which gets underway Friday with a 1 p.m. doubleheader.

Darling ranks 10th nationally in on-base percentage (.577, leads conference), fourth in runs per game (0.96), seventh in the conference in slugging (.625).
  • Lindzi Clemmer leads the team with 45 hits (leads conference) this season and 16 have been for extra bases (she co-leads the conference with 10 doubles). Clemmer ranks tied for second in the conference in triples (3) and is second in the conference in runs scored (33). She is 18th nationally in runs per game (1.18), ranking second in the conference, with Savannah Wysocki ranking 12th nationally with a conference-leading 1.21 runs per game.
