Lady Chaps Aiming To Rebound After Late-Inning Loss Saturday in Series Opener

LUBBOCK, Texas (April 14, 2024) – A Sunday doubleheader gets underway at 1 p.m. at Maner Park, as Lubbock Christian University wraps up a three-game Lone Star Conference series against No.21 Angelo State, who won the opening game of the series 9-7 Saturday afternoon.

LCU and ASU Series Snapshot
  • Angelo State is 11-5 all-time against LCU, but the Lady Chaps have won four prior six meetings.
  • LCU won two of three games in last season's series in San Angelo, sweeping the doubleheader portion with a pair of eight-inning wins.
