GAME NOTES:
- Cline's 8 2/3 innings of work are the most in a single game by a Chap pitcher since
Ryan Markwardt threw 9.0 innings against West Texas A&M on May 6, 2023.
- Grace was the only Chap to finish the game with multiple hits, notching his team-leading seventh multi-game hit this season.
- This is the first time the Rattlers have won a series against the Chaps since 2021, when StMU took three of four in San Antonio.
- Allowing just three earned runs in his impressive start, Cline lowered his season ERA a full three runs, from 10.45 to 7.38.
- The Chaparrals had just two hits in their 11 chances with runners on base for a .182 batting average in those situations.
