KANSAS CITY, Missouri (March 24, 2026) - Lubbock Christian University senior guard/forward
Amondo Miller Jr. was named a National Association of Baseball Coaches All-American, the assosciation announced on Tuesday.
The NABC recognized 16 NCAA Division II athletes from across the nation on their All-America team, which is voted on by NABC member coaches across D-II. Miller is the only Lone Star Conference player recognized by the association this season
This is the second-straight season Lubbock Christian has had a player on the All-America team, and Miller is the third Chaparral All-American in the NCAA era. He joins
Ethan Duncan (2025) and Parker Hicks (2021 & 2022).
Miller averaged 21 points per game this season, scoring 672 total, both of which are LCU program records. He has already been named to the NABC All-District First Team, the D2CCA All-Region First Team, the D2CCA South Central Region Player of the Year, the LSC Player of the Year and the All-LSC First Team. Three times this season he was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week, and he was also named the Tournament MVP at the Small College Basketball Hall of Fame Classic.
Along with the 21 points per game, Miller averaged 8.4 rebounds, recording 10 double-doubles on the year. He played more than 35 minutes per game, shooting 50.8 percent from the field, incuding 36.4 percent from behind the arc. He also added in a team-leading 44 steals and dished out 98 assists. Miller scored in double-figures 30 times, including two games with more than 30 points.
Lubbock Christian finished the season 27-6, matching the program record for wins that was set in 2022. The finished tied for second in the Lone Star Conference and made the NCAA Tournament for the eighth time in program history and sixth-straight season.
