LADY CHAPS FLIGHT DECK• The Lubbock Christian University Lady Chaparrals close out their regular season this week playing at West Texas A&M Wednesday for a non-conference tilt before playing their conference and regular season finale Saturday at Texas - Permian Basin.
• LCU enters the week 8-4-3 and they are seeking to end a two-game losing streak after a pair of shutout losses. Both losses were to ranked programs, including a 2-0 loss Sunday at No.25 St. Edward's.
• The Lady Chaps, who went 6-4-0 on the road last season, are 1-4-1 on the road this season and are 16-16-1 all-time on the road under head coach
Alex Denning. Overall all-time, LCU is 26-26-3 on the road and they have never been under .500 on the road at any point in program history.
STORY LINES• All four LCU losses this season have been via shutout. LCU's prior four games have resulted in shutout losses, with two for and two against. The program record for consecutive shutout losses is three from the 2013 season (LCU had seven losses in 2013 and five were via shutout). LCU's current scoreless sequence is active at 191:41 heading into Wednesday.
