LADY CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
• Lubbock Christian University heads to San Antonio, Texas Thursday night for a bout with the Rattlers of St. Mary's University.
• The Lady Chap's match with StMU will kickstart a four-game road trip.
• LCU stands 3-1-0 on the road this season and 32-32-6 all-time in away contests. In addition, the Lady Chaparrals hold a 22-22-4 road record under head coach
Alex Denning.
STORY LINES
• Freshman
Hannah Wise ranks eighth nationally in goalie minutes played (667:30). Wise has posted five shutouts in seven appearances, while capturing a .818 save percentage.
• The Lady Chaps are coming off of a 2-1 loss at home against Dallas Baptist University. LCU has not dropped back-to-back games since a 4-3 loss to Newman (10/29/16) and a 3-0 loss to Dallas Baptist (11/3/16) last season.
• In both of LCU's meetings with the Rattlers in 2016, Denning's squad peppered the offensive end of the field with a combined 74 shots and 22 shots on goal, while holding StMU to 13 shots in total.
• The Lady Chaps are averaging 1.57 goals per contest, while holding opponents to a .57 mark on the year. Senior
Kate O'Gara leads the LCU lineup with two game-winners in seven appearances.

Allison Scott ranks ninth in the Heartland Conference with six total points on the year.
SCOUTING StMU
• St. Mary's enters the tilt with a 3-3-0 overall record and a 1-2-0 record in Heartland action. The Rattlers are riding a two-game losing streak, where they have allowed seven goals.
• Senior defender Heather Dawson leads the StMU squad with 10 points on five goals.
• Caitlin McCarrell ranks second in the Heartland Conference averaging five saves per game for a total of 30 saves in six appearances.
• The Rattler squad exploded for a season-high 10 points in a narrow 4-3 victory over Texas A&M International (9/5/17).
• St. Mary's is coached by Corwyn Ritch who is in his 17
th season at the helm of the StMU program. Ritch holds a 142-134-24 record since taking over the Rattler program in 2001.
SERIES HISTORY WITH StMU
• LCU holds a 3-2-2 overall record in their series against St. Mary's University. The previous two meetings were both taken to double overtime before ending with 1-1 draws. Four of the seven meetings have gone to double overtime, with two resulting in a loss for the Lady Chaps. Each of Lubbock Christian's losses came before joining the NCAA Div. II ranks. Since joining the Heartland, LCU holds a 3-0-2 record over StMU, with one of the wins coming on the Rattler's home field.
