- Although the contest has been moved to Frenship High School, it will still be categorized as a home contest for the Lady Chaparrals and will kick off the a three-match home stand.
- Lubbock Christian has not lost at home since a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Rogers State University (Sept. 13).
- As it stands, the Lady Chaps enter the contest as the fourth ranked team within Heartland Conference standings racking up 18 points and a 6-4 conference record.

- Dallas Baptist heads into the matchup with 22 points in conference standings for the second-place position.
- The Patriot squad has recorded 25 goals this season for a 1.79 goals per game average.
- Leading the way for the DBU roster are Delaney Schmidt and Erica Everson who have each accumulated 12 points. Schmidt has registered five goals and a pair of assists while Everson has netted 6 goals.
- Fatigue could be a major factor for the Patriots who have gone into an overtime period in five of their last six games.

DBU holds an 8-0-1 record over the Lady Chaps after successfully defending their home pitch in a 4-1 result over LCU earlier this season (Sept. 21). Lubbock Christian's lone draw came in a 1-1 stalemate two years ago (October 20, 2016) at LCU Soccer Field.
