LCU has Strong Showing at New Mexico Collegiate Classic

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The Lubbock Christian University Track & Field program traveled to Albuquerque for a third consecutive week and competed in the New Mexico Collegiate Classic. 

Head Coach Nick Cordes used the meet to get his underclassmen valuable experience competing against some of the best athletes in the nation. 

Some highlights of the meet included Abigail Jones placing 17th in the women's weight throw with a mark of 14.69 meters. Caden Nunn placed 13th in the men's 800 with a time of 1:56.90.
