LADY CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
• The Lubbock Christian University Lady Chaparrals remain in conference action and look for their first Heartland Conference road win, as they complete a road swing in Dallas, Texas facing Dallas Baptist University.
• LCU enters the game 3-1-0 overall and 1-1-0 in conference following a 3-1 loss Thursday at St. Edward's. The game was LCU's first conference road game of the season.
• LCU, who went 1-6-1 on the road last season (four road goals), is 1-1-0 on the road this season. LCU is 17-20-1 all-time on the road under head coach
Alex Denning. Overall all-time, LCU is 27-30-3 on the road.
STORY LINES
• The Lady Chaps are 18-7-0 all-time in Heartland Conference games, 8-5 all-time in Heartland Conference road games.
• LCU has the "first goal" in all four games this season. Each of
Haley Knesek's two goals on the season are "first goals."
• LCU, who entered their game Thursday with an 18.7 to 8.6 advantage in shots, were outshot 13-5 by the Hilltoppers, marking the first time they have been outshot this season.

• The Lady Chaps had a shutout wins in their opening three games of the season. Their string of shutouts ended in their 3-1 loss Thursday at St. Edward's. SEU's opening goal Thursday was the first goal allowed by LCU this season and it ended LCU's shutout sequence at 339:44. The goal ended freshman goalkeeper
Sarah Palmer's shutout sequence at 296:03. The LCU program record for a shutout sequence is 378:56 (2010) and the program's goalkeeper shutout sequence record is 351:51 by Kayla Wilkinson. LCU entered Thursday as one of seven programs in all of NCAA Div. II that had not allowed a goal on the season. Currently, only three teams have not been scored against this season.

SCOUTING DBU
• The Patriots are coming off a 15-4-3 season in 2015, going 6-0-2 in conference play and 10-1-1 at home. DBU is coming off a 3-1 win Thursday at home to Oklahoma Christian for their first win of the season.
• DBU opened the season without a goal in the first 303:03 of the season. They were shutout in their opening three games of the season and the trio of goals Thursday marked their first markers of the season.
• The Heartland Conference preseason poll has DBU picked to finish first in the conference.
• McKenna Namken had a four-point game Thursday, with a goal and two assists, and leads the team in points.
• Goalkeeper Hope Koym is second in the conference in save percentage (84.6%) and third in saves with 22.
SERIES HISTORY WITH DBU
• DBU leads the all-time series 3-0-0.
