LUBBOCK, Texas (September 12, 2017) – Lubbock Christian University hits the road for eight consecutive matches, beginning Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Odessa, Texas at University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB). The Lady Chaps ended a six-match losing streak Saturday with a 3-2 come-from-behind victory over Eastern New Mexico. LCU has two more matches on their slate prior to their Sept. 21 conferene opener at Arkansas Fort Smith. The match is the home opener for UTPB at Falcon Dome.

• The Lady Chaps and Falcons first squared off in 1995 and have met 39 times since, with LCU owning a 36-4 series advantage over the Falcons. UTPB's four back-to-back victories came during the 2005 and 2006 seasons; the Lady Chaps have won the subsequent 14 times.
