PITTSBURG, Kansas - Eight student-athletes from the Lubbock Christian University Track & Field program competed at the 2024 NCAA Indoor National Championships this weekend.
Anna Salisbury was the lone medalist for LCU, bringing home the bronze in the women's 400 meter dash.The Leander, Texas native broke her own school record in Saturday's final with a time of 53.62.Â
In the Men's 400 meter final
George Garcia finished in 6th place with a time of 47.70. Garcia wraps up indoor season with All-American honors.
Nathaniel Luna ran a 21.49 and finished 8th in the men's 200 meter final.Â

Keitron Boyd finished 10th in the men's 4X400 meter relay, running a time of 3:12.55.Â
On the women's side,
Elizabeth Florez,
Jozlyn Arana,
Reanna Argullin, and
Anna Salisbury finished 8th in the 4X400 meter relay. The Lady Chaps ran a 3:44.98 in the event.Â
