Lubbock Christian University's three-match homestand and first homestand consisting of Lone Star Conference play continues Saturday with LCU hosting University of Texas of the Permian Basin. The Falcons are the only divisional opponent the Lady Chaps have not faced this season. LCU is one of three teams in the division with a .500 record (2-2), with UTPB (1-1) and West Texas A&M (1-1) joining the mix. Saturday also places LCU at the halfway point of their 10-match division schedule, which is what the conference standings are based off of (even though the conference schedule consists of 18 matches). The trio of .500-teams sits behind a 4-0 Angelo State squad.
